Consultation Requests

A submitted consultation request is pending until G-Logic reviews and confirms it. Requested dates and times are not guaranteed. You agree to provide accurate contact information and not to submit passwords, authentication credentials, CUI, classified or export-controlled information, sensitive cybersecurity evidence, private cryptographic material, or other restricted information through the public form.

Customer-Care Text Messages

If you provide a phone number and affirmatively select the optional SMS consent checkbox, you agree to receive customer-care text messages from G-Logic regarding your consultation request, scheduling, appointment changes, related service questions, and follow-up communications.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or contact us at gerberus@g-logic.net or +1 (866) 566-3538. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

G-Logic does not use this customer-care opt-in to authorize unrelated marketing or promotional text messages.
